Because we are a growing, independent brand, we’ve put together a returns and exchanges policy that’s simple, clear, and fair to both you and us.
We kindly ask that you read the following before placing your order:
Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
As a small business, we’re not able to process returns the same way large retail chains can. We’re working hard to build something meaningful and sustainable, and this policy helps us manage inventory and operations more efficiently.
We ask for your understanding — and we truly appreciate your support.
Exchanges (Apparel Only)
We do accept size exchanges for clothing items only — including t-shirts, hoodies, and similar apparel — under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Customers cover the cost of return shipping
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
We highly recommend checking our size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Hats & Headwear
Hats, beanies, and other headwear items are one-size-fits-most and fully adjustable. For this reason, we do not accept exchanges or returns on headwear.
